Most requests are processed within 30 calendar days. Simple account verification corrections are completed within 7 days. You will receive email notifications at each milestone.
What happens to end-to-end encrypted messages when I request account deletion?
All server-side metadata, profile mappings, public key associations, and undelivered transient messages are permanently purged from active databases within 24 hours. Messages stored locally on recipients' devices remain intact under their local control.
